Airport Shuttle Transportation PrimeTime Shuttle Service: (800) 733-8267 LAX to UCLA $13.00 LAX to DoubleTree Hotel $15.00 September 24 Tour & Dinner Information 5:50 pm: Shuttle from DoubleTree Hotel to Armand Hammer Museum 6:00 pm: Tour of Armand Hammer Museum (10899 Wilshire Boulevard) 7:15 pm: Dinner at Palomino Euro Bistro (10877 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 150, 310-208-1960) Transportation to the Hammer Museum (5:50 pm) SHUTTLE: A Doubletree Hotel shuttle will leave at 5:50 to take meeting participants from the hotel to the museum. CAR: As parking is limited at the museum, carpooling and taking the shuttle are encouraged. However, the museum is providing complimentary parking for tour participants; prking tickets must be validated in the Museum Lobby. PLEASE NOTE: The museum needs advance notification of the number of people who wish to park. Please e-mail Joanne Fife at jfife@ats.ucla.edu with this information. LOCATION: (10899 Wilshire Boulevard) The UCLA Hammer Museum is at the northeast corner of Westwood and Wilshire Boulevards in Westwood Village, a few blocks east of the 405 Freeway Wilshire Boulevard exit. There are two entrances to the parking structure: (1) Glendon Entrance and (2) Westwood Blvd. Entrance. Drive from campus down Hilgard Avenue, make a left turn onto Glendon, and enter the parking entrance (on the right) off of Glendon. This entrance is located a short distance from Wilshire Boulevard. WALKING: The Doubletree Hotel is within walking distance of the Hammer Museum. The Hammer Museum is located on the other side of Wilshire Blvd., and approximately 3 blocks West of the Hotel. Dinner Information (7:15 pm) LOCATION: (10877 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 150, 310-208-1960) The Palomino Restaurant is located very close to the Hammer Museum. COST: Dinner is $35 per person. This fee includes coffee/tea/soda and tax and gratuity. Each person is responsible for his/her dinner check. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Alcoholic beverages are available for an additional charge per glass. PARKING: Valet parking is available at the Palomino Restaurant for a charge of $3.75 for the first 3 hours. No validation is provided by the restaurant No transportation is being provided from the Palomino Restaurant back to campus.
