Take Interstate 5 to La Jolla Village Drive, go east.
Turn left at Executive Way (fourth light).
Turn a quick right into the Embassy Suites driveway.
Embassy Suites is located directly behind PF Chang's Restaurant.

San Diego Airport to Meeting Site (Faculty Club)
Approximate distance: 15.4 miles
From Interstate 5:

Take Interstate 5 to La Jolla Village Drive, go west.
La Jolla Village Drive turns into North Torrey Pines Road.
Turn right at Muir College Drive. The road curves to the right.
Turn left at Muir Lane and right at the Faculty Club.

Los Angeles to Meeting Site (Faculty Club)
From Interstate 5:

Take the Genesee exit, go west.
Turn left at the light at North Torrey Pines Road.
Turn left at Muir College Drive. The road curves to the right.
Turn left at Muir Lane and right at the Faculty Club.

Airport Transportation
A Cloud 9 Shuttle may be reserved for your travel to and from the airport. The cost is $14.00 per person, one way (not the $10.50 previously quoted). The phone number for Cloud Nine is:

Please make your reservation as soon as possible, if you haven't already done so.
Shuttle (Hotel to Meeting Site)

A hotel shuttle will be available from the hotel to the meeting site, and back again:
January 16: Leave Embassy Suites at 9:30 a.m., pickup at Faculty Club - 5:45 p.m. January 17: Leave Embassy Suites at 7:30 a.m., pickup at Faculty Club - 4:00 p.m.
Meet in the hotel lobby in the morning, and in front of the Faculty Club in the afternoon.
Parking

Campus parking is limited. However, 25 parking spaces have been reserved at the Faculty Club parking lot and JOG/CPG signs will be posted for your convenience. If you do not park in these spaces, you will need to purchase a one-day permit (from the Information Booth located on Gilman Drive) or display your personal UC parking permit. Directional signs will be provided to the "JOG/CPG Meeting".

Meeting Room Facilities

The desktop team will check and/or provide internet connection, laptop projector, screen and wireless ID’s and passwords to accommodate twenty people at the same time.

Dinner (Evening of January 16)

Reservations have been made for a room at PF Chang's Restaurant for 6:45 p.m. Please let me know if you will be attending, if you have not already done so.
