| People, Thanks to all of you for getting me your implementation plans; I've incorporated them into the overall plan at: http://www.ucop.edu/irc/itlc/ucfedauth/Project/Phase-I-2004-04-13.html Since there's been little electronic mail discussion on that document, I'd like to spend most of the time in tomorrow's conference call on the draft schedule. I've attached a revision to last week's draft to this message; this one includes UCLA. The call is scheduled 10:30-12:00 tomorrow (4/20/2004); I've attached Sandy's note containing the dialing instructions. Unfortunately, a couple of people have scheduling conflicts and will be late, so I'll take a little time a few minutes after 11:00 to summarize the start of the call.
