The next UCITPS meeting is scheduled for February 25, at UC Davis. In order to plan for facility needs and food/beverage services, it would be helpful to get a tentative count of attendees. It would be great for folks planning to attend the meeting to email a confirmation to me, indicating your need for wireless access and preference for carnivore or vegetarian fare.

http://www.davisvisitor.com/We will be using the ARC ballroom. Parking is available in lot VP25 (http://www.cevs.ucdavis.edu/map/map_detail.cfm?assetInfo=6). This location is a bit of distance from downtown lodging - it is walkable, but about 15 minutes would be needed.

Greetings, There are a number of places to stay in Davis (see http://www.visitdavis.com/). I've heard positive reviews regarding the Palm Court and Aggie Inn. The meeting site will be in the ARC ballroom. This is an approximate 15-20 minute walk from the Aggie Inn, Palm Court, Bed and Breakfast, and University Lodge. BobRobert Ono, CISSP
