Conference calls
The ITPS members primarily meet through the group’s monthly conference calls. In-person meetings may be held as appropriate, hosted on a rotating basis across the member institutions. The Executive Committee will request input for agenda items prior to each call or meeting and meeting notes will be published subsequently.
Ad hoc meetings or calls shall be scheduled as necessary, with the appropriate individuals, on specific projects or issues.
Listserv
The group maintains a listserv at ucitps-l@listserv.ucop.edu. Discussion of timely topics occurs on the list and agendas and meeting notes are disseminated. This list is open to non-members who play significant institutional roles in related functional areas at the member institutions. A request to join the list can be sent to the Executive Committee by sending an email to listserv@listserv.ucop.edu containing the text "join ucitps-l" in the body of the message.
