Manager Annette Mora

The Human Resources unit is responsible for all personnel functions in IR&C, and works closely with the central UCOP Human Resources department. The unit ensures departmental compliance with UCOP personnel policies on hiring, salary, employee relations, and other issues; as well as compliance with law, including the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

The following list highlights major areas that the unit handles:

Employee Assistance
IR&C employees may contact unit staff to discuss work-related concerns. Employees who are having work/life problems may contact the UCOP Employee Assistance Program to arrange a confidential meeting with the program coordinator.
