Notes:

Implementation of this phase of University Directory data elements is planned for April 30, 1998

Initialization will primarily utilize data from the Payroll IVR database (no new Payroll IVR database data elements required for this phase)

Data updating source will be selected data elements from the campus daily interface to the Payroll IVR database (no new Payroll IVR interface data elements required for this phase)

The following proposed data elements will be passed to Authentication Campus Contacts on a daily basis: Net ID, Payroll IVR Last Name, Payroll IVR First Name (middle), Social Security Number, Birthdate, Location Code, Employee ID, and Payroll IVR Status

ESS Upd? column indicates whether or not that data element is planned (post Phase I) to be updatable by individuals via an Employee Self Service (ESS) application

Payroll IVR Status data element is either Y or N to indicate whether or not the individual has a current record in the Payroll IVR database or not; further note that unlike the Payroll IVR database, University Directory records are currently planned to be retained rather than deleted

A Net ID change process still needs to be developed
