Review "Key Policy Issues" documents distributed at previous meeting:
Separation of Payroll and HR
Unified HR Direction
Divergence of Payroll System
Central Demographic Database
Relationship of HR/Benefits Reorganization
Review and discuss campus projects, activities, and issues
presented at the
previous meeting
(see minutes, pp. 2-3) as possible ESTF candidate projects.
Discuss preliminary campus HR needs
, referencing the HR needs document "Staff Personnel/Academic Personnel (including Labor Relations and Affirmative Action)."
Discuss preliminary feedback on local campus payroll changes
made to the base system including:
a short description of the reason for the change; and
an assessment of the scope of the change.
Discuss utilizing sub-groups to complete work in specific areas and to define or review project ideas.
Discuss utilizing focus groups to provide additional source of input.
Schedule next meeting.
