The UC IT Leadership Council formed the UC Electronic Accessibility Leadership Team (EALT) in April 2010 to provide systemwide strategic direction for initiatives to enhance the accessibility to University electronic resources for all individuals and particularly those with disabilities. The EALT seeks to build upon prior UC initiatives for electronic accessibility, promote the sharing of best-practices and tools among the campuses, and build collaborative relationships with the California State University system and other institutions to advance common goals.
Membership
Each campus and UCOP has a representative on the EALT who is charged with being a “champion of electronic accessibility.”
