EFA_Buildings
EFA_Buildings_FOCUS 		One record for each combination of fiscal year, campus, functional affiliation code, and CAAN, from fiscal year 2001 onward.
EFA_Buildings_FOCUS view contains same data as EFA_Buildings, but under old VM FOCUS data names.		 Building name, date constructed, assigned square footage, non-assignable square footage, etc.  

EFA_Buildings_Rooms
EFA_Buildings_Rooms_FOCUS 		One record for each combination of fiscal year, campus, functional affiliation code, CAAN, and room number, from fiscal year 2001 onward.
EFA_Buildings_Rooms_FOCUS view contains same data as EFA_Buildings_Rooms, but under old VM FOCUS data names.		 Information in building view, plus room specific information: room name, use code, CIP code, etc.
Note that building square footage data is duplicated for each room in a building. Do not sum building square footage while using the room view. 		 

EFA_Equipment
EFA_Equipment_FOCUS 		One record for each combination of fiscal year, campus, and property number, from fiscal year 2001 onward.
EFA_Equipment_FOCUS view contains same data as EFA_Equipment, but under old VM FOCUS data names.		 Equipment class, description, acquisition value, useful life, CAAN, fund source, etc.  

CAAN_All_Years_Depreciation (WebFocus only) 		May contain multiple records for each combination of fiscal year, campus, and CAAN, corresponding to each part of a building that is depreciated separately. Data from fiscal year 1999 onward. Asset Type, fund source, original value (in INCREMENT_AMT), cumulative and fiscal year depreciation, etc.
