This site is for users of the Corporate Student Data Warehouse. It provides descriptions of the various tables available for queries, tips on ways to connect to the Data Warehouse, access to the interactive Data Dictionary, and links to other relevant sites.
To gain access to the Corporate Student Data Warehouse, UCOP personnel must get authorization from Chris Furgiuele at (510) 987-9883 , and complete the UCOP IT Request form. Campus personnel must get authorization from their designated director (xls), and complete the UCOP Corporate Systems Access Request for Non-UCOP Users (pdf) and the user agreement(pdf).

Change your Data Warehouse Password if you use SAS or Brio to access it
Search the Dynamic Data Dictionary for element descriptions or table layouts
Look up Code Tables (Majors, Degrees, CIP Codes, etc.)
Visit the CSS site for campuses for input specs, submission deadlines, etc.
