Personnel Data Warehouse Fiscal Year Table Descriptions:

Note: there is no lab fiscal year table in the data warehouse

Table Name Use

Per_FY_Curr
Use this when you need campus, UCOP, or DANR data from the current fiscal year file. This table includes data from the Employee, Appointment, and Distribution levels.

Previous months' earnings are updated throughout the fiscal year when new earnings records are submitted on campus files. The Employee and Appointment data is the most recent data for each employee.

Per_FY_Curr Emp
Use this when you need campus, UCOP, or DANR data from the current fiscal year file. This table includes data from the Employee level. This is the most recent data for each employee.

Per_FY_Curr Appt
Use this when you need campus, UCOP, or DANR data from the current fiscal year file. This table includes data from the Appointment level. This is the most recent data for each employee.

Per_FY_Curr Dist
Use this when you need campus, UCOP, or DANR data from the current fiscal year file. This table includes data from the Distribution level.

Per_FY_All
Use this when you need campus, UCOP, or DANR data from a previous fiscal year file. This table includes data from the Employee, Appointment, and Distribution levels.

The Effective Date (Eff Date) must be selected to extract data from the proper cycle (e.g., JUN2000). Previous fiscal years will always have an Effective Date of JUNyyyy.
