Domain Name Use

Personnel-Campus
Use this when you need campus, UCOP, or DANR data from one of the monthly snapshots or from one of the fiscal year files. These tables do not include address or dependent data, or lab data.

Personnel-Labs/Campus
Use this when you need lab and/or campus data. These tables do not include address or dependent data.

Do not use if you ONLY need campus data.

There is no fiscal year table for labs.

Personnel-Address
Use this whenever you need to combine address data with campus, UCOP, DANR, lab, Hastings, or ASUCLA data.

Do not use unless you need address data.

Personnel-Dep/Campus/Labs
Use this when you need to combine dependent data with campus, UCOP, DANR, lab, Hastings, or ASUCLA data. Only employee data is included in these tables; there is no distribution or appointment data.

Do not use unless you need dependent data.
