Use this when you need campus, UCOP, or DANR data from the most current monthly cycle. This table includes data from the Employee, Appointment, and Distribution levels.

Use this when you need campus, UCOP, or DANR data from a snapshot for a previous fiscal year, and you want to include data from the Financial Attribute table which is not available in the Per_Snap file.

The Final Account Attribute table for the fiscal year which includes the snapshot cycle is used; Account Attribute tables are not retained for every cycle. For example, snapshots for July 2002 through June 2003 would be matched to Final 2003 Account Attribute data.

Per_FY_Curr

It is a summarized version of the FY table - it does not include data at the account, fund, and subacct level, and it only includes the most basic data elements to be used for summarizing.

Per_FY_All
