Use this when you only need address data. This table only includes the home and work address, employee name, employee number, campus, and social security number.

Address data will be the most recent address available. Previous cycles of address data are not maintained.

Use this when you need to combine address data with campus, UCOP, or DANR data for any cycle.

The Effective Date (Eff Date) must be selected to extract data from the proper cycle (e.g., OCT2000).
