Table Name When to Use

Per_Academic_Curr
Use this when you need data from the academic file for the most recent academic year.

This table only includes those data elements which are received on the academic file submitted by the campuses.

Per_Academic All
Use this when you need data from the academic file from previous academic years. The earliest academic file available is Final 2001.

This table only includes those data elements which are received on the academic file submitted by the campuses.

Per_Acad_FY_2001
Use this when you need data from the academic file for the 2001 academic year.

This table includes those data elements received on the academic file submitted by the campuses, combined with the data from the personnel fiscal year table for June 2001.

Per_Acad_FY_2002
Use this when you need data from the academic file for the 2002 academic year.

This table includes those data elements received on the academic file submitted by the campuses, combined with the data from the personnel fiscal year table for June 2002.

Per_Acad_FY_2003
Use this when you need data from the academic file for the 2003 academic year.

This table includes those data elements received on the academic file submitted by the campuses, combined with the data from the personnel fiscal year table for June 2003.

Per_Acad_Snap_2001
Use this when you need data from the academic file for the 2001 academic year.

This table includes those data elements received on the academic file submitted by the campuses, combined with the data from each snapshot table for fiscal year 2000-2001.

Use this when you need data from the academic file for the 2002 academic year.

This table includes those data elements received on the academic file submitted by the campuses, combined with the data from each snapshot table for fiscal year 2001-2002.

Use this when you need data from the academic file for the 2003 academic year.
