• Default Dental represents employees who may have enrrolled in one of the dental plans, but whose enrollment and premium have not been reported due to payroll deadlines. DD is used to suspend the Delta single party default mechanism until the employee becomes properly enrolled in the career dental plan selected or truly defaults into Delta single party coverage. Default headcounts should not be reported or included in reports.
