- DOS Code must be used in conjunction with FTE (MONFTE), Hours Worked
(MONHRS), Monthly Pay (MONGRS) when there is a need to exclude
additional fte/pay such as shift differential, overtime, incentive
awards, severance pay, perquisites, etc. Regular Pay is defined as
values 'AV' and 'HR'. Base Pay is defined as values 'AV', 'AM', 'AW',
'AX', 'HD', and 'HR'. Base FTE is defined as values 'AV', 'AM', 'AW', 'AX',
'HD', 'HR' and 'HY'.
** HD was added to the list of base pay DOS codes effective July
1, 2007.
