The specifications outlined in this document identify the data required by the Office of the President for the Corporate Staffing System (SLC) portion of the Corporate Personal System (CPS). Data will be submitted by all nine campuses.
This document contains detailed instructions describing data format, validation, and submission requirements and is directed to the campus.
While any system or method may be used to produce the required data described in this document, it can most conveniently be produced using the Replacement Staffing List System (RSLS). The following document (previously issued under separate cover) comprises the entire set of documentation for the RSLS:

Note that references in this document to the RSLS and the manner in which
it provides data for the SLC are used for convenience and because the RSLS
was at one time installed at all campuses. As stated, any method or system
may be used for supplying this data as long as the data conforms to specifications.
