Campuses provide monthly and annual input files for the Corporate Personnel System, including Dependent Data.

• BCS Distribution File (From PPP 713, formerly provided distribution level data for the Benefits Counseling system databases - still used for LBNL)
• BCS Control File (Provides payroll control table file data for CPS; mainly used for DOS code data)
• CPS W-2 File (From PPP714, provides year end W-2 data for Fiscal Year and Snapshot databases)
• CPS Mail File (Provides employee campus mail addresses)
