The name and interpretation of the "Federal Flow Thru Code" field has been changed to "Flow Through Code". That change, and the change to reflect new values 4 and 5 are reflected in: Appendix C: Fund Attribute Edits, Data Dictionary: Flow Through Code, Guidelines for Determining Flow Through Code, and Appendix D: Flow Through Code Edits.
Fund groups 405210, 408300, 408410 and 408420 now require Sponsor Codes (previously optional). Updates to Appendix C: Fund Attribute Edits and Guidelines for Determining Sponsor Code reflect this change.
