I. Develop final interoperability test plan and year end reporting tasks

No additional tests are planned for this year which ends in October. The workgroup recommends waiting until a vendor for CA services has been selected as part of the RFP process before investing in new pilot projects since the choice of technology will significantly affect decisions on implementation.

II. Review of the UC Authentication Architecture with Ken Klingenstein.

Ken Klingenstein asked questions about the UC PKI implementation and briefly discussed the issues surrounding interoperability with Internet 2 authentication services (Globus) and other implementations. Ken and the UC Authentication Workgroup agreed to keep one another informed of new developments.
