Application integration.  When do we use ePTargetedID, ePPN, UCNetID, etc.?  What do we do when applications can't use any of them?  Do we need a UCnetID-like identifier that can be assigned to anybody, not just employees?  Current state of the system-wide training management system.  (See attached.)
