At Your Service Online (AYSO) (http://atyourservice.ucop.edu/ ), is a comprehensive employee self-service Web site through which current University of California employees may do the following:

  • Review and (in some cases) update personal information, such as name, home address, home phone, and current employment status
  • Update security settings, such as changing their password
  • Access pay advice information
  • Access W-2 information
  • Select beneficiaries
  • View current benefit enrollments
  • Update tax withholding specification
  • Obtain employment verification
  • Perform retirement estimates
  • View UCRP Plan balances
  • Enroll for benefits as new hires
  • Change benefits enrollment as continuing employees (seasonal)
  • Access other informational Web sites

Employees use a password to access their information via the At Your Service site: http://atyourservice.ucop.edu/. To create or reset their passwords, employees may go to the At Your Service welcome page and click on the "Sign in to My Accounts " button. AYSO may also be accessed through UCTrust for some locations; and its Participant Operational Practices statement is available on the Web.
