Forrester Research

Service Description
ITS has a contract with Forrester Research, Inc., a technology and market research company. Upon request, ITS conducts topical searches for Forrester articles for UCOP personnel and provides access to other Forrester services, including business and technology-related analysis, specialized industry analyst calls, and informational webinars.

How to Request Support
Support is offered M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. To request Forrester articles or analysis support, contact the coordinator.

Eligibility
All UCOP personnel may use Forrester Research. Per the contract, only the ITS coordinator may directly access the Forrester articles database.

Cost
There is no recharge for Forrester articles or analyst calls.
