Listserv Email List

Service Description
Email lists enable the simultaneous dissemination of a single message to a group of people. An email list may be used as a discussion forum, allowing members to easily exchange ideas. The use of an email list also saves each member from having to create and maintain a separate list for the group.

How to Order
Use the IT Service Hub to request an email list.

How to Request Support
Support is available M – F, 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Request support through the IT Service Hub or by contacting the IT Service Desk.

Eligibility
All UCOP staff, contractors, and other associated personnel with UCOP e-mail accounts may request setup of email lists.

Availability
24/7, except during planned outages

Cost
Departments pay a monthly technology infrastructure fee (TIF) per individual to cover a standard computing bundle, office phone, voicemail, and email access, including access to email lists.
