iLinc Outage

There was a brief outage today from about noon to 1:30 with the iLinc service, which prevented some customers from starting their iLinc sessions. This was due to an administrative error by iLinc. Service has now been fully restored. ITS is working with iLinc to prevent a recurrence of the issue.
