Koreen Kelleher joined UCOP in August of 2016 and serves as a senior policy analyst for IMPAC. She formerly served as assistant general counsel for the League of California Cities, where she advised the lobbying team on state legislation and managed the league’s legal advocacy/amicus program. She also staffed city attorney committees covering the California Public Records Act, the Brown Act, the Fair Political Practices Commission and medical marijuana issues. Earlier in her career, Koreen was a senior assistant city attorney for the City of Palo Alto and later served as general counsel for Special Olympics Northern California and Nevada.
Koreen earned her B.A. in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara and graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law.
