The task of the Reporting Needs Assessment Group was to assess the full range of reporting demands placed upon HR/B both from external and internal constituents in order to address the gaps between current capabilities and future requirements. The group interviewed employees throughout HR/B, inventoried current reporting and looked into ways to streamline reporting. Their report summarizes the group's findings and makes recommendations for moving forward. The group will be sharing their findings with the UCOP-wide Institutional Research Initiative team and that team's work may affect the HR&B Reporting Needs Assessment Group's recommendations.
Judy Boyette, Associate Vice President of HR/B appointed the following members of the Reporting Needs Assessment Group: Jennifer Damico, lead; Linda Glasscock, Christy Thompson, Stan Kowalski, Maureen McDonald and Joan Tellinghuisen.
