Who should attend the Human Resources Program?
This program is designed for exempt professionals in traditional Human Resources disciplines (Benefits, Compensation, Employee Labor Relations, Employment, HRIS, and Training), as well as those in Academic Personnel, Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity, Employee Assistance, Payroll, Risk Management, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Workers’ Compensation.
What are the costs for attending the Human Resources Program?
There is a $250.00 registration fee for the full three-day program. Each participant is also responsible for travel and hotel costs. We have secured a group rate lodging of $144.00 per night during the conference period.
Is it possible to attend part of the program only?
Yes. It is possible to register to attend on individual days. The cost for attending a single day is $100 per day.
Has a room been reserved for me at the hotel?
No. Once you have registered for the program, you can follow the link to the hotel website to reserve your own room.
What about meals during the Program?
Your registration fee includes all meals except dinner on Monday night.
Are vegetarian or other special dietary meals provided?
Yes. You will need to indicate vegetarian meals on the registration form. For more information, contact Bilha Coen at Bilha.Coen@ucop.edu.
If I have special access needs, how will they be met?
Indicate any access needs on the "other needs" section of the registration form, and contact Bilha Coen.
What time does the program end?
The program is scheduled to end at 3:00 p.m. on the last day. Participants should schedule return flights for no earlier than 5:00 p.m. to allow enough time to get to the airport.
How should I dress?
Dress for the program is business casual.
How do I register for the program?
