Malnourishment in the University Community

Description

He is a returning fellow whose research this year focuses on the intersection of data and food. He hopes to develop a data method to identify malnourished students and the barriers preventing them from eating healthy, balanced meals. He also is exploring ways to unify the community garden, food pantry and other social entrepreneur projects to enrich the university community and the greater Central Valley.

As a GFI ambassador, he seeks to increase students’ awareness of and participation in the GFI by coordinating efforts through tabling, social media and campus events.
