Trina Mastro


Trina Mastro joined the Office of General Counsel as Counsel in 2011. As a member of the Public Accountability and Governance group, Ms. Mastro's practice focuses on various governance matters, including issues relating to open meeting laws and conflicts of interest. 

Before joining the University, Ms. Mastro was a member of the Litigation and Labor & Employment groups at Crowell & Moring LLP and a litigator with Folger Levin & Kahn LLP in San Francisco. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), where she served on the California Law Review. Ms. Mastro received her B.A. with High Honors in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated with distinction in general scholarship.
