David E. Bergquist

David Bergquist has served as a University Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel since 2002. Prior to joining the office, Mr. Bergquist was a partner at McKenna and Cuneo in San Diego. Mr. Bergquist's primary areas of practice include construction law, public contracts, and construction litigation.

Mr. Bergquist is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota (B.A. 1985) and the University of Minnesota Law School (J.D. 1988).
