UC Training Institute for Housing Managers

GOALS

  • The deliberate and systematic development of upper-level housing managers in the University of California (UC) system.
  • The provision of a better working context for targeted housing managers.
  • The provision of skills to enhance the housing managers ability to advance within the housing profession, preferably within the UC system.
  • The provision for the development of a diverse pool of potential chief housing officers for the UC System.

TARGET POPULATION

  • UC Housing Professionals at a pre-determined level. Attendees to be chosen by the respective chief housing officer.

FREQUENCY

  • The Institute will be held every three years beginning in the Summer of 1993 (or 1994).
