We develop strategies and policies to support effective and efficient operation, maintenance and renewal of UC's real estate assets.
Facilities Management Services is charged with leadership and oversight responsibilities for the university’s diverse facilities, from historic landmark buildings to state of the art laboratories and hospitals. As stewards of the university’s facilities, we strive to optimize scarce facilities funding by developing innovative energy efficiency, energy procurement and facility renewal programs. Facility management also represents the university’s interests in the legislative and regulatory arena.
