The University of California, Office of the President (UCOP) will be selecting a Consultant to administer the contemplated Strategic Energy Plan (SEP) program for the ten UC campuses and medical centers. Under the direction of UCOP the Consultant will be responsible for developing data entry templates, SEP report formats, identifying funding sources and coordinating the to-be-retained campus consultant activities.
The SEPs will serve to identify, quantify and prioritize energy efficiency projects, identify on site renewable energy resource opportunities and generally assist campuses with attaining the goals set under the provisions of the UC Policy on Sustainable Practices.
Deliverables include SEPs for individual campuses/medical centers and a system-wide
roll-up before June 18, 2008 and within the allocated budget.
