1 G&B meeting dates for the upcoming fiscal year are set by the Chair of G&B after he or she is appointed at the July meeting. Therefore, environmental document deadlines for the upcoming year cannot be known with certainty until after the July meeting, and the new chair has determined the meeting dates.

Department of Fish and Game Fee

The California Department of Fish and Game collects fees for review of environmental documents pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 711.4(d) and California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Section 753.4.

Unless DFG has authorized a 'Finding of No Effect' in writing, you will need to send PDC a check made payable to the State of California in the amount of $2,606.75 for an EIR or $1,876.75 for a ND or MND (note fee increase effective 1/1/08) to your PDC contact person no later than the day the project is approved. The State Clearinghouse will not accept the NOD for the project without either the DFG fee or a 'Finding of No Effect' authorized by DFG.

For questions regarding submitting documents, contact: Charlotte Strem, Coordinator Environmental Planning at (510) 987-0113 or her.
