In close collaboration with the Planning, Design, and Construction Unit, the Facilities Management unit develops strategies and policies to support effective and efficient operation, maintenance, and renewal of the University of California's real estate assets. The office serves the ten campuses, three national laboratories, five medical centers, and the Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources in the following service areas:
