Note: The "yes" and "no" entries in the column headed "UCOP Review Required" are based on the July 27, 1993, letter from the Director Facilities Design, Construction, and Management (see RD5.11), which states in part, "[the Office of the General Counsel and Facilities Design, Construction, and Management] will no longer review construction bidding documents. Only proposed changes to the core documents (General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders) should continue to be sent for review."
