Description

iSchedule is an online-hosted application allowing members from the University of California Office of the President to centrally manage the booking of meeting rooms for Franklin, Kaiser, and 20th Street buildings.

Users may access iSchedule from the Building Services home page, by clicking on the iSchedule link. By providing a valid user name and password, the User can select a meeting room by viewing photos, reviewing seating capacity, along with features such as phone and Internet access. To acquire a login and password please contact or 510-987-0600.

The iSchedule system consists of a centrally maintained Access 2000 database, accessed by an ASP interface. The system is running on a Windows 2003 server at a remote site.
