EIAS Reporting Web users:
The EIAS Reporting Web site is being decommissioned and replaced by a new interactive reporting application. This transition is scheduled to be completed effective March 31, 2010 at 5:00pm, after which this site will no longer be available.
Users should begin migrating over to the new EIAOnline Web site at: https://eias.ucop.edu
The same reports can be produced on the EIAOnline Web site, however, please note that the reports are generated based on 'real time' data in the new system. Therefore, the reports may not reflect the same attributes as those available at the time the static reports were posted on this old Web site. If you have a continued need to access the data as presented in these static reports, please download and save them before the cutoff date mentioned above.
To assist you with rendering reports in EIAOnline, please refer to the 'User Guide' (after log in) on the footer of the screen. A screen will be displayed with a link to the Guide and links to the report search criteria for a report type.
EIAOnline allows you to schedule a report to automatically run based on a one time setup of the search criteria and frequency. Once the report is available, an automated message is sent to your email. Instructions for scheduling a report can be found in Section 6.5 - Report Scheduler in the 'User Guide'. Please note, report scheduler for the Estimated Income Summary Report, Campus Statement and Pool Rate Schedule will be available on April 1st.
