    Educational Relations

    Leadership:
    Joyce Justus, Vice Provost for Educational Relations

    Mission:
    Educational Relations works with K-12, the other educational segments, governmental agencies, and external audiences to advance UC’s academic mission. Functions include intersegmental relations, accreditation, liaison with the California Postsecondary Education Commission, analysis of state and federal legislation related to academic issues, and interpretation and reviews of the Master Plan for Higher Education. Supports UC’s academic programs in Washington, DC (UCDC and Sacramento (UCCS), the California Subject Matter Projects, COSMOS, and UC Extension.
