Biography
Jeanie has been a Principal Analyst for UCOP and UCSF for the last five years. In her current position, she provides support to UCOP employees by providing advice and counsel to local UCOP management and employees regarding University policy, union contract(s) and the law. She also facilitates conflict resolution, performance management and employee complaint resolution, including employee investigations.
Jeanie is interested in serving on CUCSA to increase her knowledge and awareness of system-wide issues and to give back to the UCOP community with her time and experience for the good of all UC employees. Her goal as a CUCSA delegate is to actively participate and share her background and experience as a Human Resource professional for the good of our organization and the University of California as our employer.
