Claudia has been with UCOP since April, 2010 where she serves the University of California as a Project Policy Analyst in UCOP’s Institutional Research and Academic Planning Unit. Before arriving to UC, she received her Masters degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and worked as a consultant. Prior to Chicago, she worked for local government, in philanthropy, and in the nonprofit sector. She is a transplant from Southern California and loves both sides of the State.
Claudia is excited about serving on CUCSA as it provides her the opportunity to work on and find solutions to emerging issues that affect staff’s work environment and morale. She looks forward to serving as a Junior Delegate as it will provide her the opportunity to interact with senior administrators and campus colleagues. She believes these connections are great community building, networking and leadership development opportunities.
