Biography
Annette has 9 years of service at UC Merced where she is currently the Assistant Chancellor and Chief of Staff. Prior to that she was the Director of Administrative Operations for Student Affairs and also worked in the School of Natural Sciences in her first position with the campus.
Annette has served on her local Staff Assembly for the past three years and is currently the Past President. After two years as a delegate to CUCSA, she has taken on the leadership role of Secretary of the system wide organization for 2012-13.
Annette is interested in serving on CUCSA to help advocate for staff interests, to facilitate communication between the Office of the President and staff and to increase awareness of UC Merced's special circumstances and challenges. She views CUCSA as a critical organization in helping to ensure that the staff voice is heard and considered by UC system leadership when important decisions that affect all employees need to be made.
