Biography
Sue is the Staff Education and Development Manager for UC Riverside. She has held this position since April 2001. For over 25 years, she has worked in the Human Resources field. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her career focus has been on workplace improvements that enable employees to reach their full potential. She is actively involved in the UCR Staff Climate Survey Initiative and Diversity Education and Leadership Initiative. Sue has been active in her local Staff Assembly serving in the roles of President and Corresponding Secretary. She also manages the Assembly's Next Step Career Development program. Sue enjoys public speaking and is a member of Speakeasy Toastmasters Club 8704.
