Governance
Governors consist of the UC President, the Governers consist of the UC President, the Governor, the Speaker of the Assembly, the Assembly Minority Leader, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the Senate Minority Leader, who appoint a 25-member steering committee to oversee the work of the Center. Special projects administered by CPRC, including the California Program on Access to Care, the Welfare Policy Reform Project (WPRP) (administered by CPRC from 1997-2005), and the Health Initiative of the Americas, are overseen by advisory boards comprised of public officials, researchers, and stakeholders.
