Ginny Cox Delaney

Organizational Consultant

Ginny holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Cornell Medical College and has experience building and leading teams in government, non-profit and higher education sectors.

Over the past five years at UCOP, she has led such projects as the Research Grants Program Office restructuring (2010-2011); Workload Analyses for units targeted for budget reductions (2012); and, most recently, facilitated manager and staff retreats for several units, including the Building and Administrative Services Center and Research Policy Analysis and Coordination.
