Donna has over twenty years of operations experience in private industry. At UCOP, Donna has led such projects as the iSchedule to Outlook Conversion (2011-2012); streamlining the UCOP work order system, iRequest (2011-2012); and most recently, the UCOP Printer Initiative, in collaboration with Rob Judd from the Strategic Resources Group.
