Donna Collins

Deputy Director of Operations

Donna has over twenty years of operations experience in private industry. At UCOP, Donna has led such projects as the iSchedule to Outlook Conversion (2011-2012); streamlining the UCOP work order system, iRequest (2011-2012); and most recently, the UCOP Printer Initiative, in collaboration with Rob Judd from the Strategic Resources Group.

As Deputy Director of Operations, Donna oversees three main areas:

• Building and Administrative Services Center 
• Operational coordination
• Organizational change
