UCOP Operations Council
The President and the other members of the UC Office of the President executive team recognize that successful UCOP operations require coordination and collaboration among all divisions and functions of the Office of the President.
They also recognize the need for ongoing monitoring and improvement of business operations, and the need to address lingering issues associated with the recent restructuring of UCOP.
In support of these objectives, the Executive Vice President of Business Operations has established a cross-functional workgroup – the UCOP Operations Council – to provide high-level guidance, collaboration, input and support on operational issues, with the goal of identifying and implementing innovations that help improve operations across UCOP.
Membership of the Operations Council includes representatives from:
- Building and Administrative Services Center
- Business Resource Center
- External Relations
- Information Technology Services
- Local Human Resources
- Procurement Services
